A Lexus axle assembly is recommended if you are experiencing certain symptoms and sounds while driving. Because axle problems can be difficult to diagnose by sound and feeling alone, you should select your Lexus axle assembly after ruling out other causes for the symptoms and noises through a careful visual inspection. One of the main symptoms that could indicate the need for a Lexus axle assembly is a sort of combination of sound and feeling, a grinding, clicking or popping noise accompanied by a heavy vibration when turning. In some cases, it can be noticeably worse when going in reverse, and often that is an almost definite sign that it's time for a Lexus axle assembly. Almost definite because in addition to signaling that it may be time for a Lexus axle assembly, it can also indicate that there is a problem with the constant velocity joint, also referred to as CV joint. In many cases, if the constant velocity joints are significantly worn, it is recommended to go ahead and install a Lexus axle assembly because it can be easier and more economical than just changing the joints. That's because if the constant velocity joint has been worn enough to get gritty dirt into it, you may find that after just changing the joint that you have to go back and install the Lexus axle assembly anyway because the dirt has gotten into that area and caused damage. So, in many cases it's better just to go ahead and install the Lexus axle assembly and resolve the problem on the first try.
