Honda water pumps aren't particularly expensive, but in most cases, they cost a fortune to replace. Why? Because the Honda water pump is buried under the timing cover on the side of the engine. That's why, if you're doing any work involving your Honda timing belt or Honda timing cover, a Honda water pump replacement should be on your to-do list. Any time you expose the Honda water pump, and your current Honda water pump has more than 25,000 miles on it, it's a good idea to throw a new Honda water pump in so that you don't face the hassle of replacing it down the road. Replacing your Honda water pump is an especially good idea when you can get Honda water pumps at prices like ours. All of our Honda water pumps, whether new or rebuilt, are produced to OE specifications for quality assurance. And our selection of Honda water pumps is second to none. We even have Honda auxiliary water pumps for those applications requiring an auxiliary Honda water pump. Don't face the hassle of tearing apart half your engine just to replace your Honda water pump. If you're going to be working on a timing belt or cam seal, replace the Honda water pump while you're there. We'll get you a new Honda water pump at a great price and ship it fast, so you can take care of everything all at one time.
There have been a few comments re the gasket packed with the Paraut version of this pump being of a softer density than the OE gasket. Tests by Atsugi (Paraut's parent company) have not shown any problems, but they advise that that torquing the attaching bolts to the proper spec is critical on this application for proper sealing. For those who prefer a different gasket, we also offer #19222-PT0-300 (made by Ohtsuka, the OE supplier), which can be ordered separately.
